1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your EasyCatch Pro subscription at any time directly through the customer portal provided by our billing partners, or by contacting us at support@easycatch.org.
- Upon cancellation, your Pro features and unlimited captures remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all first-time Pro purchases. If you are not satisfied with EasyCatch Pro, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date.
- The guarantee applies to the first purchase of a Pro subscription only.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.
3. Refund Processing
To request a refund, please email support@easycatch.org with your purchase details and License Key.
- Once approved, the refund is processed automatically back to your original payment method.
- Depending on your payment provider, refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days.
